My Meat Balls Pasta

Been wanting to do this dish a long time along but the way they do it is to fry it. To me it very messy lor. So i try my own way of cooking it.

Ingrdents:
Mince meat, and mince salmon (mixed together)
mix herbs
1 - 2 tbs corn starch
2 tbs light soy sauce
pepper
2-3 celery
1 carrot
1 onions
3 clove of garlic
tomato sauce
tau pok (optional)
Pasta or rice

1. I mixed the mince meat, and minced salmon together. Add in also the mixed herbs, light soy sauce, corn starch and pepper. Mixed them very well.

2. Chopped the garlic and onions. Cut the the carrots, celery and tau pok into cubes.

3. Heat the pot with 2-3 tbs oil and then add in the onions and garlic. Stir fry for awhile then add in the tau pok and stir. About 2 mins later then add in the carrot and celery and add about half bowl water. And let it cook. Mean while can boil water for pasta.

4. when the water boil, then add in the mince meat. Using a spoon to make into balls. Add one by one. After all the balls are in, cover the pot and like it cook. If water not enought add some more water. When the meat are cooked, add in tomato sauce. Then turn off the heat.

5. When the pasta water boiled, add in the pasta and cook till tender.

6. Put the cooked pasta in a bowl and dish the meat balls soup on top of it.

The minced meat are very soft. It melt in your mouth. Hmmm...next time maybe i bake the meat balls then add into the soup. Yummy!!!!!!
