Now then i know that califlower have to cook till it very soft then nice.
So i cooked the califlower with any ingredients i have.
1 packet califlower
1 packet corn kernel
1 packet chickpeas (canned)
1 can ham
1 can abalone mushroom / button mushroom
1 chicken cube
1. i cook the corn n chickpeas and chicken cube 1st in a pot with water jus enough to cover them. Till boil.
2. Then i put the califlower into the boiling pot n also the mushroom. Add alittle bit more water jus enough to cover the vegetable.
3. Cooked for about 15mins or till califlower very soft.
4. Then i add abit corn starch, to make e soup abit thicken.
The above ingredient can make for 6paxs.
