Tofu Porridge

For lunch today, i cooked Egg Tofu Porridge. The combination smell of the xiao bai cai n the tofu is so nice n it a very simple n light meal.

1. 1 egg tofu
2. rice
3. mince meat
4. xiao bai cai
5. carrot
6. sotong ball (optional)

I cooked e rice n carrot n sotong ball (frozen) 1st till e rice is almost soft then add in the meat. Next when e porridge almost ready i add in the tofu n vegetables cook for abut 2-3mins then switch off the fire. Let the porridge sit for awhile before eating. I din add in any salt or soy sauce but you can add if u find it too plain.
